when more than one RM produced with the same stage
Please to be clarified, IS will only add a "duplicate" flag when more than one rejection memo to be produce with the same stage. It still be able to complete the validation and go further settlement process.
If so, the elements ‘Your billing’ of the second RM with the same stage(eg. 1st rejection), which will be flaged with ‘duplicated’ should not equal to the prime billing, which should be replaced by the result of the first RM with the same stage. Wether IS will not do this validtion? If so, how IS control the changing from difference level to total level when generating RM? If billing migrated entity raised one RM on difference level, what shall IS do? |

Hi,
If more than one rejection memo is raised for the same with the same stage, it will get a possible duplicate flag. It will go through the validation process and will be sent for settlement.
The 'your billing' details of the 'duplicate' RM will be the same as the previous RM which was processed earlier.
Best Regards
