Correspondence outside Time Limit
Dear Colleagues,
In October 2011 P2 we received via SIS the rejection invoice dated 2011-10-18. On 2012-01-25 we created the rejection message on IS-Web which was rejected by system with the following flag Correspondence can not be created as invoice is outside time limit. As per our records and in accordance with RAM A13 time limit for the above invoice expires on 2012-02-07. Please clarify the situation in respect of denial to initiate the correspondence.
