Validation on 'ChargeAmount@name' (MISC question)
Refer to SIS xml standard V3.0, line#168 ,“ChargeAmount@name”, column V ‘Validation’,
it says ‘For Billing Category MISC, Should be equal to (Quantity * UnitPrice /SF). This validation will not be performed if the value of the field 'MinimumQuantityFlag' is 'Y'’.
Our question is
1. Who will perform the validation? SIS?
2. If SIS validates it, does it mean that if 'MinimumQuantityFlag' is not 'Y'’, and value in ' ChargeAmount@name' does not equall to Quantity * UnitPrice /SF; the file will be failed by SIS and has to be re-submitted. (Since Charge Amount cannot be corrected through IS Web)?
3. Does tolerance of USD0.5 apply to the above check? |
 |
1. Validation done by IS.
2. If validation fails, it will be flagged as a Non Correctable error and will have to be resubmitted.
3. Tolerance of USD0.5 apply for this check.
