Sandbox Testing

Dear colleagues,

We would like to appeal to you concerning sending the repeated IS-XML files to Sandbox via iiNET. In the 3rd period we sent the zip file through iiNET and receive the Validation/sanity check report with error. In the same period after the correction of the file we sent the zip document via iiNET once again, this file was downloaded successfully and received by iiNET, but we didn’t receive any report about Validation process and didn’t see this file in the IS-WEB.

Thereby we have the question. Can we upload the repeated file through iiNET in Sandbox? How will this process pass when SIS go-live (can we upload the corrective file via IS-WEB and iiNET and must we delete the previous file in order to upload the new one?)

Dear Lipikhina,

As this is a specific Sandbox-related question, I have forwarded to SIS Ops to assist. For future reference, please directed these types of queries to the SIS Ops mailbox (sisoperations@iata.org) in order to ensure that your queries get properly addressed.

Rgds,
Ashley
