Handling Fee
Hi,
Could you please clarify what exactly is behind Handling Fee, as from the general understanding this won't be settled in "P" but rather "M". If so, shouldn't it be removed from "P" IS-IDEC Record structure?

Handling Fee is applicable in case of passenger billings based on some bilateral agrrements. Hence the field is included in IS-IDEC. Please note that it is also present in old IDEC for Passenger.
