Supporting documents received by IS
Dear Sirs,
Can you please help me understand the need of the existence of a zip file (ASDF-BBBTDDDDDDDDSSSSS.ZIP) for Supporting documents received by IS with the billing category P (Passenger) and D (PAX Form D/E)?
Should the airline companies send two zip files (billing category P and D) or only one for billing category P?
Best regards,
Bárbara Moreira
