SIS Operations

Dear SIS-Team,
 
In section 7.6 and 7.7 of the sign-up guide the procedure for contacting the IS Support is mentioned. Are there any additional costs involved in contacting SIS operations via IS-WEB and will there be any kind of SLA in terms of severity and target response time?

Dear Alexander,

 

This are no additional costs associated with contacting SIS Operations after go-live. During Sandbox however, there will be costs associated with customized assistance (as per the Sign-Up & Certification Guide, Section 7.6 and 7.7).

 

As for the SLA, yes this has been established and will be detailed in the IS Participation Agreement.
