Hi Patricia,
This depends. For Passenger, it was decided at the RA45 that migrated carriers will still be obligated to send paper invoices until the end of 2011. Starting in Jan 2012, migrated carriers will be able to eliminate paper from day one. For Miscellaneous, migrated carriers can eliminate paper after 90 days of migration. Please refer to the September bulletin (issue 4) – RA45 Highlights for further details.
With respect to SIS, if you sign the IS Participation Agreement this year, then you will be able to receive all your billings from the date of go-live (effectively Oct P1). However, you will not be able to receive any down-converted old IDEC information from your migrated partners until you have signed the agreement.
If you sign the agreement any time after 2011, you will only be able to receive billings from that date onwards, so you will not be able to see any billings from Q4 2011. In this case you would need to request paper invoices from your migrated partners, which may or may not come with a charge.
Please also refer to the September bulletin (issue 3) - Key Information for Go-Live for further details.
Best regards

Dear,
The Air Company that I work for has not yet migrated to SIS. We intend to migrate on Jan or Feb/2012.
For how many months will we receive the information from the migrated airlines through file old-IDEC?
My best regards,
