Errors in files produced by SIS
Dear Sirs,
If, by any reason, IATA produces files that are not compliant with the ISPG requirements, examples:
- Index.xml of the OAR zip file refers the existence of one supporting document that does not exist;
- one invoice of the IS-XML Invoice Standard is not valid according to ISPG rules;
- ...
Does IATA send all the zip files (OAR, Invoices standard, ...) corrected, only the zip files corrected, only the files corrected or the registry’s (invoice/supporting documents) corrected?
Best regards,

Hi Barbara, In these cases we can resend the erroneous files and also deploy a new system build. Hi Ashley,
Can you be more specific please? Will IATA resend all ZIP files, only the zip files that had errors and are now corrected, only the files corrected or a subset of the original file with the registry’s (invoice/supporting documents) corrected
Thanks

Hi Barbara, In outputs you get (1) OAR, and (2) IS-IDEC/IS-XML. So if there is a problem with one airline in the OAR we will regenerate the entire OAR. If it is the IS-IDEC or IS-XML we will regenerate the entire IS-IDEC or IS-XML. Hope that clarifies.
