upload/download info to/from IS-WEB
is there capability to download and upload data to/from IS-WEB so the Airline can capture rejection memos and electronic documents not included in the IDEC? This would be in order to fully reconcile settled amounts from IS-WEB and IS-IDEC (i.e. prime billings thru IS-IDEC and non-prime thru IS-WEB). |

Hi.
I think you're asking about being able to download items that were entered by you into IS-WEB. ie, outgoing billings.
If so, then yes, these will be made available for download as the invoice and as listings. For more details, you should see section 12.1.2 of the ISPG which details the files that will be made available. We'll be making this more explicit in the next version of the ISPG.

On the flip side if ALs send their NON-prime thru IS web, we would like to Upload from IS-web into our PRA system. Can you confirm this will be allowed. |

To clarify this overall thread:
For billings that you enter (whether IS-WEB or upload via file, and whether primes, RMs, etc):
You'll have the option to receive a listing of those entries as part of your downloadable archive for reconciliation purposes. This is what I was talking about earlier when I referenced the ISPG chapter.
Two additional points to note, though:
- While you can use these listings for reconciliation, they don't include all data that was entered. For example, a listing for an RM will show just the RM info, but not the coupons or the coupons tax info.
- You'll receive listings of all transactions, whether you entered them via IS-WEB or uploaded. You'll have to filter out the ones which you already have.
For billings that the OAL uploads (whether IS-WEB or upload via file, and whether primes, RMs, etc -- I think this is what your most recent question refers to):
You'll receive these as part of your billed carrier files regardless of how they were uploaded. The fact that they used IS-WEB makes no difference. In fact, you won't know whether they used IS-WEB or a file. This is called format conversion and is one of the principles of IS. These billed carrier files are downloaded from FTP, not from IS-WEB. I'm not sure why you'd want to download somehting from IS-WEB into your RA system.

Hi,
is it possible to download in IS-XML file with invoices that I put through IS-Web?
Reason that I ask this is because we have to import invoices submited through IS-WEB in SAP, so the XML will be best way to import through interface.
Thanks in advance,
Damir.

Hi.
Yes, the above discussion applies to the overall invoice, as well. Just as in the above discussion, note that it won't be the full IS-XML file. Ie, it won't include the line item detail records. So you'll be able to submit via IS-WEB and do the reconciliation from an IS-XML file into SAP.

Hi,
For clarification when will we be able to get "Processed Invoice Data CSV File" or IS-XML of captured invoice ?
Will it be immediately available once I entered the invoice data ?

Hi Yusuk,
Sorry for the long delay in getting back to you. Regarding your question above, the file will be available per period.
