September submited IDEC
Hi,
Nowadays, we are receiving IDEC files more or less 2 weeks after the submission date.
If I migrate to SIS at P1 OCT, and I have sent SEPT OLD IDEC early OCT, what and when should I receive?
A) As a migrated Carrier I will receive IS-IDEC or IS-XML during OCT.
B) The billing was old IDEC all the companies will receive old IDEC 2 weeks later than the submission.
C)any other idea.
Could you guide me a little about this issue?
NOTE: if the correct option is the B), then it is possible I receive before the P1 OCT IS-XML through the SIS that the SEP IDEC.

Hi Sergio, For migrated transactions you will receive the output files after the period closure. You may choose to receive both IS-IDEC and IS-XML formats (note that Miscellaneous billings only support IS-XML). For non-migrated transactions you will receive the old IDEC data from ATPCO, which is monthly.
