Earliest ICH WEB OPT OUT date
Dear IATA,
we need more detailed definition at what time an airline has the earliest possibility to publish ICH WEB OPT OUT for Cargo:
If an airline goes live e.g. in 2012-May-P1, can this airline publish the ICH WEB OPT OUT notice at the same time? If so, would the ICH WEB OPT OUT be effective 2012-NOV-P1?
If not, please provide an example.

Hi Gudrun, Opting out of the ICH requires a 6-month notice. So after an airline have fully migrated in a certain billing category, it can notify the ICH about opting out immediately. This will then take effect after 6 months. Hope that clarifies. Best regards,
