Purging of output data
Hello,
recently, we received SIS Bulletin which describes about
SIS Release 1.1.
In the Bulletin, we found description "Purging of output
data after 90days"
What does this mean?
It means we can see Payable data in IS-WEB only during 90 days?

Dear Hayato, The output files (i.e. OAR, IS-IDEC/IS-XML, etc.) will be purged after 90 days. Transaction data in SIS will be purged after the life cycle of the transaction is over. Hope that clarifies. Rgds,

How about IS-WEB?
Can we see Payable data in IS-WEB even after 90days?

Dear Hayato,
Yes – as mentioned in my previous post, transaction data will remain on the system for the whole duration of the transaction cycle. That means your Payables will be on IS-Web until after the last correspondence/billing has been made.
