Unable to save a RM Cpn in IS-Web
Dear Sir/Mdm,
When trying to insert a RM coupon in an outgoing invoice in IS-Web, we are unable to save the contents due to an error in Check Digit.
When inputting the coupon details in this screen, the Check Digit field is not editable. After saving, an error message appeared to prompt us to fill in the Check Digit but the field is still not editable and thus the document is not saved.
A copy of the error message is attached. Pls advise. Thanks.
