Invoice definitions

I am the super user for ARINC.  We are a MISC biller and will be submitting files in the IS-XML format.  I am unsure if the terms 'open invoice', 'suspended invoice', and 'pending invoices in error' pertain to us.  If so could you please provide the definitions or provide me with the locations in the appropriate documents?  Thank you.

Hello

Thanks
Lee

Dear Lee,

All these terms apply to any given invoice should the circumstance arise.

Open invoice means that the invoice has not been validated nor submitted.

Suspended invoice means the invoice was billed to a suspended member.

Pending invoices in Error report gives you the details of the invoices that are in error for any given clearance month and period. Please refer to the ISPG, page 174-175 for more details.

Hope this clarifies.
Regards,

Ashley
