XML as billing member
Hi SIS,
Does a billing carrier have the possibility (steered via Member Profile) to receive an IS-XML file out of SIS with all his submitted invoices (differentiated between IS-WEB and IS-XML and Excel upload submissions) ?
If yes – is this included in Rel 1.1.
If no – what has been implemented of the requirements stated by the carriers in the reviews ?

Aeroflot fully supports the idea of implementation of the said functionality to SIS as far as it will enable a billing carrier to simplify the control and accounting of uploading invoices.

Dear Erik and Sergey, We currently do have this feature for Misc IS-Web Invoices. So if you capture an invoice in IS-Web, it will get converted to IS-XML and you can receive this as a billing entity. Simply configure this option in your Member Profile – Miscellaneous tab, under the Daily IS-XML files for Receivables IS-WEB Invoices checkbox. For other billing categories you will need to present a case to support this need and we will take it through the change management process. Dear Ashley
Is it possible to extend this functionality (enabling to receive billing carrier Misc IS-Web invoices in IS-XML) on billings downloaded in other formats, including IS-IDEC?

Dear Sergey, As mentioned in my previous post, you would need to present a case and supporting information for such a need. Then we will create a change item and it will be taken through the change management process. To initiate this process, please provide the info to sishelp@iata.org.
