Airline Location ID in the invoice Header (CARGO)
Hi
Instead of providing the reference data records (SFIs 16 and 17) in our outward IS-IDEC files, we will be populating the airline location IDs (fields 25 and 26) in the invoice header record.
In order that our files pass validation, we would like to ensure that these location IDs exactly match those present in the airline profiles maintained by SIS.
Could you let us know where we can find a comprehensive list of location IDs for all airlines (ICH/ACH/Neither)?
Thanks

Hi
On further reading of the ISPG (Section 8.2), we have realised that it is not mandatory to submit the location IDs either. In other words, both the reference data records (SFI 16/17) and the location id fields in the invoice header record, may be left unpopulated by the billing entity and SIS will fetch the default location details from the member profile and use these for e-invoicing.
Please confirm that this is correct.
Thanks
Shanti

Hi Shanti, Yes – this is correct. If Location ID is not populated, SIS will automatically populate this field with the default location ID, which is the Main location. Hi Azuan, In the Reporting tab, you will find the Invoice Reference Data reporting function, which allows you to pull up a list of all locations for a particular member, or all members (if you do not specify anything in the Member Code field).
