Attach supporting doc for an invoice sent automatically via XML file
Hello
Is it possible to manually attach a supporting doc to an invoice which is sent automatically via an XML file? Scenario: An invoice is auto sent and at a later time, before the supporting doc linking deadline, manually attach a supporting doc to the invoice.

Yes Lee, this is possible. You have just to find your invoice in IS-WEB in RECEIVABLE, then open it and attach the supporting document you need. Hope this clarify Best regards Valentina From: SEIPP Lee [mailto:les@arinc.com]

Dear Lee, Sorry for my last reply, but it’s not possible anymore to attach supporting doc from the “receivable” screen, but you have to use the “Manage Supporting Documents” screen. Thanks and best regards Valentina From: PISAPIA Marianna
