Sequence of sending files to SIS
Hello
Is there a required sequence to send files to SIS? We will send files: XML, Supporting Docs Index and Supporting Docs. The files can be sent in the order shown, or any order, though I am curious as to whether there is a definite order necessary. What would occur if Supporting Docs index for whatever reason arrives at SIS before the XML file, as an example.

Hi Lee, There is no required sequence to send billing files and supporting docs. If you send the supporting docs before the billing file, the attachments will be stored and will be linked to the invoices once the IS-XML is receive in the system. Hope that clarifies. Rgds, Ashley From: SEIPP Lee
