Participation Agreement - Tracking Target and Actual Sign-Ups

Will IATA have on the Extranet a regularly updated log of when Participants sign the Participation Agreement?  When would it be available?

Our Commercial & Financial Billing Teams require us to provide an accurate picture of the IATA Participants sign-up, preferably with target and actual date.

This will allow them to plan activity and resource for commercial & contractual work, potentially to move the Participant to Direct billing and settlement should they Opt out of SIS.

If we could download the log to allow us to quickly filter and lookup & compare codes (1P & 1G for Travelport), it would allow us to filter Suppliers.

(The alternative will be extensive individual communications by IATA SIS & Commercial teams between each Supplier.  This would create a lot of traffic. ).

Dear David,

IATA does not intend to communicate who has signed the IS Participation Agreement, as a participant could sign the agreement but start their migration at a later time.

IATA will publish monthly bulletins to communicate to the industry the recent SIS participant(s) that have migrated as well as which category/transaction types are now handled via SIS.

Also, IATA will collect participants' intention to migrate and will share the information at an aggregate level. Sharing the information at the participants' level is still being discussed.

Kind regards
