On-going CBT
Good morning,
Can you confirm whether the CBT currently available is intended to be available on an on-going basis (as with the Sandbox) or if it will cease to be available at some point?
We are looking to the future as new staff are recruited and need training, will the CBT be available or do we need to create our own training?

Yes, the CBT will be available on an on-going basis via the SIS website.

Hi Again,
We have been working through the CBT and one point stands out - there is nothing about what to do if things don't go right. For example, we are told how to validate an invoice and submit it, but nothing about the process if it fails validation. What will SIS tell us? Clearly fixing the problem is context specific, but is there are there any further modules planned?
