Dear Sirs,

 

I've used the function "Correspondence Status" by the IS Web to download all correspondences with the status "Open", Sub Status "Received", with a range of date from may to august. But the report downloaded is not filtered as per my request, it contains all correspondences raised in the period selected, even if they are now closed and it is not updated with the related authority to bill.

I think that it is not useful: if I want to know the list of correspondences still opened and their expiry date, the system should make a report listing only them.

It is a system error or it is possible to download this information only?
