Supporting Doc file missing attachment file
Hello
I need to confirm what will occur if a Supporting Documents file does not contain an attachement file which is defined in the INDEX file. Example: The INDEX file has an entry for file invoice0001.pdf but the file itself is not in the Supporting Documents file. Will SIS accept the Supporting Doc file and link the attachment files which are present? My reading of the ISPG for INDEX BASED appears to indicate that SIS will accept the Supporting Docs file, perform linking where possible and flag an invoice which is missing the associated attachment. We can query the tranactions with missing supporting docs via IS-WEB and then manually upload and link the missing docs.
Thanks

Dear Lee, Yes – if, for example, invoice0001 is listed in the INDEX file but does not exist in the supporting document zip file, then invoice0001 will not get linked to any invoices in the system. The rest of the attachments will still be linked. Hope that clarifies.
