Hi Ashley
We have a sampling billing process with a migrated company to SIS, but JJ is not yet migrated the sampling ( forms C/D/E/F/XF) only form A/B.
Please clarify if we are obliged to send the forms D/E for the migrated company, via IS-WEB?
Do we need to do the certification to send the forms D/E ?

Dear Flavia, The rule is, if you are billed in SIS, and would like to dispute the billing, then it needs to be done in SIS. So as form D/E are rejections, you will need to use IS-Web to manually capture these if you are not ready to send them by files. Hope that clarifies. Regards, Ashley From: FLAVIA Cunha

thanks for your reply.
According to the last Mtg held in BKK WP RA 46 item P10 .
The action proposed was to clarify that if airline are in SIS and receives a billing in SIS the recharge/disputes it has to do via SIS ,
We would like to know if before Sep12 , the recharge/disputes must be mandatotory via SIS.?

Dear Flavia and Marli, Yes – this rule is in effect since SIS go live in Oct 2011. So unless it was voted to be changed, this rule stands as is. So yes, you will need to make any disputes (for both sampling and non-sampling) in SIS if the original billing was done in SIS. Regards, Ashley From: SANTANA Marli
