Migrated and non Migrated carrier

Dear Ashley,

I have download invoices from IS-WEB for "migrated carriers" and download form 1 against debtor for the same period for reconciliation.
I was surprised to find that a migrated carrier A have submitted invoices from both SIS and Non SIS ( source IS-XML and F12). Would you plz explain how that could have happened ?

An other remark is that a non migrated carrier submitted for the same period a SIS invoice with source (CDA-ICH) and non SIS invoice (source F12). As a non migrated carrier, we can submitt via ISWEB ? What does CDA-ICH mean ?

Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi Zineb,

We have advised migrated carriers not to submit the same invoices in both IS-formats and via ICH Web F12. However, we cannot prevent this from happening entirely. In this case, we do have in place a duplicate check in place – please refer to the SIS bulletin, May 2011 for more information on how this is done.

As for invoices with source CDA, these are the Call Day Adjustments that have been processed by the ICH and not by the carriers themselves.

Hope that helps.

Regards,

Ashley
