Is Line Item Location Code(#162) mandatory for Charge Category Miscellaneous?

In SIS P3 – IATA IS XML Invoice Standard – V3.3 we don’t find any indication that is so. In the SIS-P3-Materials-IS-Participation-Guide-Version-3-3, chapter 5.2 there is no mention of this field as a Generic Field.

The only thing is in the SIS P3 – IATA IS XML Invoice Standard – V3.3, in IS XML Standard V3.3, column Validation. Here is stated that, and I mention it, “If a location code has been provided at the invoice header level, then a location code should not be provided at the line item level as well. Otherwise, there will be a validation error. If no location code has been provided at the invoice header level, all line items must contain a valid location code.” In light of this is correct to assume that this is a mandatory field?
