Naming Convention for Attachment File given by SIS

Please refer to SIS ISPG V3.0 section 12.1.2; naming convention table.

(1) We'd like to know, if we are the billed entity and download Attachment File from IS, what will be the Name Structure of this File?

(2) Will we (as a billed entity) receive one or two .zip Files from SIS per billing period? If only one .zip file, does it mean that related supporting docs are included in it?

(3) What is the structure of Attachment doc .zip file provide by SIS to the billed entity?

Thanks.

To answer your questions:

1. Refer to the table in section 12.1.2 specifically file type "Offline Archive of invoices with related documents".

2. Two zip files; one for invoice files (IS IDEC, ISXML) and one for related docs (pdf supporting doc etc).
3. Refer to section 12.19.
