"BF" in the IS-IDEC File

Hello IATA
What does "BF" mean in the format column of the IS IDEC structure? We understand the others, but we can't figure this one out.
Thanks, Matt.

BF is "blank filled" (or space filled), vs ZF which is "zero filled".
Typically BF is used on text whereas ZF is used on numeric.
