Digital Signature - Brazil and other Countries

We have doubt regarding to the digital signatures in Brazil and it is not provide by SIS in the first releases.
Inoder to have a suggestion could please clarifiy how this matter have been solved in other various countries

Dear Flávia, When SIS will not be compliant for e-Invoicing, the members will have to print and archive physical copies of the invoices as they will be their legal invoices. Dear Ashley,
I work for Kenya Airways. I have two questions:
1. Since we do not have Digital Signatures, will there be an additional cost to the SIS implementation costs to offer this facility for countries that DS is mandatory? We had a workshop last week and we were informed that SIS will automatically add a DS to an invoice without for the billed carrier that have DS as a mandatory requirement.
2. In the future, is there a chance that DS will be mandatory for all countries hence the need to start shopping for one in advance?

Please find the answers to your questions below:
1. As explained in the Airline Business Case (ABC), the Digital Signature cost is charged to the member that requests and needs it (please note that the price list of optional services are listed in the ABC).
Digital signature is provided where our provider is able to offer the service, so not all the countries may be covered at go live. So regardless of whether you need DS or not, SIS will take into account the need of your partner based on his Member Profile.
2. Legislation moves at different speeds across the countries; we are not able to figure out what will be the future of e-Invoicing. As explained in Nairobi, this type of requirements are country dependent. So there is no need to start shopping for DS in advance.
