I can't read doc type of .xsd.

Refer to the references on IS-XML files, several items are in .xsd format. Would you please advise?

Many thanks

This question should be in the Record Structures forum.
XSD is a standard format for defining the XML schema, or rules. See, e.g.,
You can open it with a standard text viewer, or download a specialized program (e.g. Liquid XML), but if you don't know how to read the "language", I don't know how useful either will be.
