How to reject a FIM with wrong FIM number?(PAX question)
For the FIM billing with a nonexistent FIM number , pls advise if we can reject it by SC 44 without coupon breakdown or by SC 04 as a normal coupon.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Regarding your question, as it is a rejection of a FIM, it should be under SC 44.

Hi
We accordingly have a question.
In above case, we should raise a RM under SC44. However, it could not be followed with any coupon breakdown records, since the fim number do not exist at all. And we had to use Reason Code 5C in this circumstance.
