ESAC
Hi,
I have just noticed that in case of billing a coupon, which is part of an electronic ticket and consequently the e-ticket marker in Element 21 needs to be filled with "E", the submittance of the ESAC is still mandatory (PAX- Coupon Data Record Element 34, Settlement Authorization Code).
This is against RAM rules and had been brought up by the SIS-Pilots already during the IS-Web Prototype review in August 2010.
Please ensure this is being changed from Conditional to Optional.
