If not sign ISPA on time
If we are not able to get ISPA signed on time before SIS Go-live for whatever the reason, so we can not access to IS-web, then how can we, as a billed entity, receive invoices from the migrated carriers, especially those who remove all paper invoices at the time of SIS go-live?
Thanks.

Hi Binbin, If you are not signed up from Day 1, you cannot download incoming invoices from migrated airlines until you are signed up. But for the period Oct-Dec, migrated airlines have to continue to send paper invoices. So you will still have the data you need to reconcile your ICH accounts – you just won’t be able to process it automatically until you are signed up. Also, SIS stores the data for 60 days, and paper copies are not sent until 7 days after the end of P4, so as long as you have signed up by mid-November, you should see very little impact, though you won’t get the benefits of weekly electronic data. Hope this clarifies. Best regards
