Update Member Profile
Because now the Sandbox is closed, so we can not update our member profile via sandbox of IS-WEB, when Sandbox re-open, member Profile updates can only be done in the Production enviroment, and should signed the IS Participation Agreement first?

Dear Zhiyun, Yes – this is correct. To access IS-Web and hence your Member Profile, the ISPA needs to be signed and returned to IATA. Best regards
