RM Remarks
Two questions
1) In section 9.2 of ISPG it says "b) Record to provide detailed reasons and justifications for raising the rejection memo (up to 800 characters) (400 characters X 2 occurrences).
But in IS-IDEC layout, PAX - RM Reason Breakdown Record, it says upto 10 occurences of this record is allowed.
Can you confirm that reason for rejection is up to 4000 characters (400 characters X 10 occurrences)?
2) How many occurrences of the RM/BM/CM remarks
will be displayed on the SIS Rejection Memo report? |

Hi.
In the future, can you break this into two separate posts. It's easier to track if we close half of this and converse about the other half, and for others to review.
- Yes, this should be 10 occurences (4000 characters) and will be fixed in the next version.
- Can you specify which report your'e talking about? The Rejection Analysis Report doesn't include any reason at all.
Are you talking about displaying an individual RM via the web? If so, the entire reason text (ie, all breakdowns concatenated) will be displayed.

I am referring to SIS RM on ISPG3 page 44.
I am assumuming this RM can be printed as well as displayed online.
If printed, the entire reason text (ie, all breakdowns concatenated) will be displayed?

Hi.
Yes, the full reason text would display on that view (a single RM). It would be in the "additional remarks" area.
It's our intention that everything on IS-WEB can be printed out, however we realize that there might be problems with width, but this risk is mostly applicable to reports (ie, tables with 20 columns).
