User Acceptance Testing

Hello IATA,

To ensure that all functionality is fully tested, are there sets of test cases available from either IATA or any of the pilot airlines that can be reviewed to assist airlines with their User Acceptance Testing ?

Regards,
Brian.

Hi Brian,

Our User Acceptance Testing and Pilot Testing scenarios/test plans are specific to testing the SIS solution. It was not meant to focus specifically on revenue accounting. Therefore, we do not see benefits in sharing these test cases as they likely will not be relevant for your RA system testing needs.

For further clarification, please let us know which airlines you are providing RA services to. We could then refer you to our Pilots who may be able to share their UAT testing artefacts with your airline users.

Best regards
