We have an issue on IINET SIS sandbox platform, could you please check and provide us a solution (urgent please)
ISSUE SUMMARY :
After having submitted a file "Supporting documents" with "Index File Based Approach", we didn't get any report (no "Supporting Documents Sanity Check Report" provided) and we have no idea if the supporting documents (zip file) have been correctly processed by the platform.
Question : Why the report of "Supporting documents" file is not available on iinet Sandbox platform ?
ISSUE DETAILS :
On iinet sandbox website : "https://iata-s.iinet.org/
", we submitted a file for "Supporting documents – provided in a batch mode" via "Submit a file" function.
Original File name = ST-MSDF-057I2012031300001.zip
Note : The file is containing an index file index.xml and a Supporting Attachment file.
Recipient = Simplified interline Settlement (SIS Project) - Sandbox"
File No = 10561121
In the "Retrieve a file" function, there is no report available related to the file we submitted above.
Why there is no report produced (at least we expect the "Supporting Documents Sanity Check summary Report")
