Misc Tab -

Managing Output Files - the options only allow you two pull your invoices by IS IDEC and IS XML... It is our understanding that IS IDEC is not a format option for MISC (NON TRAN)... where is the IS WEB option?

Yes – correct, IS-IDEC is not supported for Miscellaneous billings, only IS-XML. IS-Web is manual capturing on the SIS application, and therefore is not an output file option.

Psgr Tab -

Supporting Documents - I thought the only approved file types were .tif and .pdf?  Why does it allow you to select other types?

Managing the Output files -

Billed invoices - why does it not show IS WEB as option?

As mentioned, IS-Web is not an output file option as this is a manual capturing process.

Consolidated Provitional Billing file - ZK receives sample from UA - can we get this file?

Yes – if you configure this in your Member Profile under the Passenger tab to receive this output file.

Down Converted IS Transaction to old IDEC format - ZK is not a current IDEC participant - Is it safe to assume we do nothing here?

Yes – that is correct. If you are not a current IDEC participant then this option does not apply.

Viewing Certification and Migration Details

Today ZK receives form C, D, and E from UA

However, we do occationally send back form F to UA

How can I gain a better understanding of how this testing will work?

If you need to submit Form Fs, then you will need to certify these in the Sandbox prior to migrating them. Alternatively, you can submit them via manual capturing on IS-Web.
