Download Invoices from IS-WEB
Dear James,
regarding Chapt 4.2.3: "
IS provides the facility for a billed entity to view and download received Cargo Invoices and attachments from the IS-WEB. "
please confirm that this is possible no matter whether an Airline requests the invoices also as IS-XML or IS-IDEC along with other output files via offline archive file.

Yes, it is possible. Even though you receive the invoices in IS-IDEC or IS-XML format, you can still use the IS-WEB to view and download invoices.
