Form 1 xml

Dear all,

in Kuala Lumpur we were told that the Form 1 will be available as an xml file.
Will this file also be provided in the same FTP location? What will be the naming convention?

Thanks,

Elias

Hi Elias,

The Form 1 and Form 1 from Debtors in xml will be available to iiNet users under a zip folder;

Zip folder naming convention
[ICH] + [_] + [F1] + [_] + [Clearance Period (YYMMPP)] + [_] + [MemberCode] + [_] + [PROV (Provisional) or FINAL]

For Example:
- ICH_F1_110201_AA001_PROV.zip or
- ICH_F1_110201_AA001_FINAL.zip

Each zip folder contains the following files in these formats XML, HTML, CSV":
- Form 1 with only live members
- Form 1 with only suspended members
- Form 1 from debtors with only live members
- Form 1 from debtors with only suspended members

Form 1 file naming convention
[ICH] + [_] [Clearance Period (YYMMPP)] + [_] + [MemberCode] + [_] + [FileDescription] + [PROV (Provisional) or FINAL]

For Example:
- ICH_110201_AA001_F1_L_PROV.xml or
- ICH_110201_AA001_F1_L_FINAL.xml

I have attached a document to this post which goes into the details of the zip folder and its contents with the naming conventions.

Hope this helps to clarify.

Hi

we are confused by this post.  What is this "Form 1" being referred to?  Can you please clarify the purpose of this Form 1 and relevant reference in ISPG3?

Thanks
Konda

Dear Konda,

Form 1 reffers to the ICH and is part of the presentation of the ICH user group in KUL.

ISPG process does not cover CH processes.

Best Regards

Bruno

Dear Ashley,

when will we receive the Form 1 reports via iiNET as per description from Alex in this post? Is there any configuration we have to do somewhere in order to get the same via iiNET?

Thanks and best regards,

Elias

Hi Elias,

There are two batches of F1 zip files: (1) at time of ICH clearance closure, and (2) at time of finalising the period after Late Submission. These F1 packages will be pushed to your iiNET account directly in the same way as your other output files – no additional configuration is needed.

Hope this clarifies.

Rgds,

Ashley
