BM against Correspondence
Does the airline have a choice not to use IS WEB for correspondence. If so, then if BM is raised against authority received and the correspondence reference number provided in the BM record does not match the audit trail information in IS will it get flagged as an error. |

In order to maintain the integrity of the audit trail, the airline needs to use IS-WEB for correspondence.

CORRECTION TO PREVIOUS POST
Carriers have the option of providing a BM via IS-IDEC/IS-XML file for Correspondence debits. IS will validate the Correspondence Ref # and in case it is not matching the Billing Audit Trail and Reason Code, IS will flag it as an Error.
