Sandbox testing difficulties

Hi Ashley

Our connectivity testing with iinet went through without a hitch. However we are facing a problem with sandbox testing. These are the steps we followed:-

1) Zipped the IS-IDEC file created by us and named it ST-CIDECF-0142012030420120406170000.zip (in accordance with the SIS Sign-up Guide conventions)

2) Submitted it by choosing ISSB as the recipient. After some time, file tracking shows this file as "received" (file number is 10699507).

3) IS is now supposed to validate the file, prepare a validation report, and place it in the download directory of iinet. But we cannot find the download directory on the site and the retrieve file menutab shows no files sent to us.

What have we done wrong :(

Thanks
