Super User
Hi SIS
Who has access to create users and contact persons in the IS-Web? Is it only the Super user ? If the super user wants to allow person A to create users and contact persons in the IS-Web , how should the super user go about doing so?

Hi Esther, That is correct, the Super User of the member has the access to User and Contact Management. However, the Super User can create new users and provide them with the permission to create other users and/or manage contacts. This can be done by the Manage User Permissions in the Profile and User Management tab. Hope this clarifies. Regards, Ashley From: LOW Esther
