RE-Creation PDF-document by SIS
Dear all,
We have a question concerning an incident we logged during the pilot testing: the pdf-document was created buggy. The bug was fixed by SIS, but the pdf-document was not recreated. Instead of the recreation a retest in the next period was recommended. We were concerned about the procedure after GoLive: will there be a recreation of pdf-documents in case of errors? KALE told us that there is no functionality to recreate pdf-documents in the same period. Is this still the status? Could this problem been solved? In our case the pdf-document is the legal document. So we need it in the current period for compliance reasons.

Hi Sandra, PDF received by the airline will be unique and signed if required. If a PDF has an issue in design layout or data, this invoice will have to be reverted by a credit note and a new invoice will have to be issued. So three invoices will be present, the incorrect one, the credit invoice to revert this wrong invoice and a second invoice that should be corrected. Hi Ashley,
during the UG Meeting in Madrid I had the possibility to ask Robin this question. He said a re-creation of the pdf-invoice by SIS is possible and will be done in case of technical problems within SIS. So, it will not be necessary to create a credit note and a new invoice (only in case of technical problems).
