RJM from non-SIS-carrier
Hi all.
If a SIS carrier creates a first billing to a non-SIS-carrier. Does the non-SIS-carrier need to reject via SIS (IS-Web) or does he have the option to reject in paper? We think it was agreed in the last round to also force this 1st rejection into SIS.
We know that the 2nd rejection on a 1st-SIS-rejection needs to be done in IS-Web for sure, but please confirm again on the 1st rejection as described above.
Thanks.

Hi,
EVERY billing provided through SIS must be responded through SIS, this includes the 1st stage rejection based on a SIS prime billing.
Also a correspondence reply to a SIS correspondence must be done in IS-WEB.
Best regards
