Help Desk Portal

Dear Team,
I would like to know when the Super users  will be able to access to SIS Help Desk Customer Portal, because I was asked by end users to see folow up for issues that they posted on help desk.

Dear Danijela,

 

All SIS Super Users should be able to access the SIS Help Desk Customer Portal. According to our records you currently have an account on this portal. The credentials should have been sent to your email.

 

Should there be any difficulties with accessing this platform, please direct your queries to the SIS Operations mailbox (sisoperations@iata.org).
