PDF Invoice files
Hi
For clarification, I’m asking you the below.
As per ISPG 8.3, the IS system will create a PDF invoice file.
So I think that means “Carriers who will be implemented SIS are not preparing or updating the billing invoice files.” , is it right?
If above is right, the carrier will be updating detailed listing (Coupon, RM/BM/CM, Form-C, Form-D), Memos (RM/BM/CM) and supporting documents via IS-IDEC/IS-XML
I’m looking forward to hearing from you soon. |

Carriers who have migrated to SIS will not require to work on generating Invoice Report (Non Sample Invoice/ Sampling Provional Invoice / Sampling Form E/F/XF Invoice). IS will do this on the migrated carriers behalf using the IS Format invoice data provided by the carrier. There is also no need to work on generating Listing reports (Coupons, RM/BM/CM, Form C, Form D) as well as Memo reports (Rejection Memo, Billing Memo, Credit Memo). Even these will be generated by IS using the IS Format Invoice data provided by the carrier.
