Change Request process after GoLive for Misc

Dear all,
 
Could you please explain the Change Request process after SIS-GoLive for billing category "M"? In the past we had to write an email to Bruno and Adina.

Hi Sandra,

 

For this particular query we would like to ask if you can create a case in SF – this way it will be discussed within SIS Operations. When logging this case, please choose the TYPE as Feature Request.
