The May 2012 Issue 1 SIS Bulletin stated that UATP transactions would be turned off for up to 3 months. Have the technical issues been resolved? Can we submit UATP invoices through IS WEB?
Currently we do not have the option to Create an Invoice within the UATP dropdown.
Please advise.
