Sand box availability in future?

How long does IATA plan to provide the sandbox environment? Will it be limited at all?
A little background: we were thinking about including tests against the sandbox in our future software releases after SIS go-live to ensure that the IS-IDECs still pass all validations.

Please advise. Thanks.
